The Ovizio iLine F PRO is an online microscope for continuous monitoring of critical quality attributes in bioprocesses. It is engineered to work with wave bags, single-use and stirred tank bioreactors and has been designed for cGMP compliance.
The platform features the iLINE-F, a holographic microscope, and the BioConnect, a disposable that connects to the culture vessel with a built-in pump system. Cells are continuously drawn into the microscope, analyzed, and returned intact to the culture. Machine learning algorithms enable cell detection and continuous tracking of multiple parameters such as viability, bead count, cell activation profile, and cell infection status.
With the OsOne software, you get easy data access as well as online acquisition information and quantitative data analysis of your suspension cell cultures. The intuitive interface and wizard enable a rapid understanding and navigation through the app. Improved user traceability is integrated to ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines.
