Lysis

Our cell lysis buffers are used to prepare samples for cell counting and/or analytical assays. They disrupt cellular membranes to expose the DNA, which can then be stained, e.g., with fluorescent dyes. Our range of NucleoCounter® instruments allow for easy subsequent processing.
