The NucleoCounter® NC-202™ solves this morphological conundrum by detecting the fluorescent signals from cells labelled by specific fluorescent dyes. These dyes are conveniently pre-loaded into the Via2-Cassette™ and contained within the cassette’s chamber.
With no calibration or manual settings necessary, the NucleoCounter® instruments give directly comparable and consistent data regardless of the cell culture, user, or site. Collaborations in-house, externally, whether with academic institutions, or CDMOs, have never been so fast and easy.
