Solution 18 – AO•DAPI Staining Reagent contains acridine orange (AO) and 4’,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI). It is used for measuring cell concentrations and viability of nucleated animal cells.

Solution 18 – AO•DAPI contains two different dyes: AO stains all nucleated cells and DAPI stains non-viable cells only. Solution 18 – AO•DAPI is used with the NC-Slide A2™ and NC-Slide A8™ sample slides. Please refer to the specific Application Notes for detailed instructions.
