XM Cell Stain 2
XM Cell Stain 2 is an aqueous solution containing the fluorescent dyes acridine orange (AO) and DAPI. It is used with XcytoMatic® 30 and XcytoMatic® 40 instruments to measure cell concentration and viability in nucleated mammalian cells, including primary cell samples.
AO stains all nucleated cells, while DAPI stains only nonviable cells.
The solution is for research use only (RUO) and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic uses. Please refer to the XcytoMatic User Guide for further instructions regarding the use and consumable replacement.
